The ski-out access from Ridgepoint is quite good, via a ski access trail abutting the Ridgepoint condo complex.Returning back to the Ridgepoint condos on skis requires a short downhill walk from Silver Lake (250 yards), so while these are technically not perfect ski-in properties, they are quite close.

There is a Ridgepoint community tennis court and pool and hot tub and most Ridgepoint condos have private hot tubs. There is covered parking under the tennis courts at Ridgepoint and some of the Ridgepoint condos have phenomenal down-valley views.
