Are pets allowed at Klaim Condos?

Yes, but there are some restrictions about the number and type of pets.

Are short-term rentals allowed at Klaim?

Yes.  Klaim is one of the only neighborhoods within the town of Hideout that does allow owners to rent their Klaim homes to short-term rental guests.  But there are a couple of restrictions you must follow.

What are the Conditions to be able to offer short-term rentals at Klaim?

1) You must hire a professional local management company so there's a local contact who can help tenants

2) You must obtain a rental permit from the City of Hideout.
