Cormont Deer Valley Condo Design
Cormont is envisioned to be a new neighborhood of luxury residential condos in the Deer Valley East Village core. Cormont is not planned as a condominium hotel like most of the other condo lodges planned in the new East Village. There is not expected to be an internationally known hotel brand nor can you expect hotel amenities like room service. Picture the condos in the Village at Empire Pass as an example of something comparable in Deer Valley.
Cormont Offers Easy Access to Shopping, Dining, and Entertainment
With approximately 350 Cormont condos spread between five buildings that surround a central plaza, you'll be able to ski in/ski out and have outstanding walkability to shops and restaurants in the new Deer Valley East Village. Cormont lodge buildings are expected to range in height from 5 stories to 12 stories. There will be commercial shops, restaurants, and retail on the ground floor of Cormont, and the Cormont condos will be located on the upper levels.
