Extell, the master developer of the new Deer Valley East Village, recently completed construction on 360 apartments that are walking distance to the bottom of the Jordanelle Express Gondola at Deer Valley Resort.
Originally planned as rental apartments, the developer recently decided to convert the condos into condominiums and offer them for sale!
How Many Condos are in Pioche Village?
There are three buildings in Pioche Village, each comprised of 120 condo residences. The Baton Lodge is the first of the three buildings to be offered for sale, and the developer has already sold 60+ condos since they announced them for sale at the beginning of this year.
