Ed Rehill , Associate Broker

Originally from the east coast, but having grown up in the midwest, Ed graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Lodging Systems Management.

As one of the pre-eminent new development listing brokers in Park City over the past 20 years, Ed is a seasoned pro who is well-respected and universally well-liked by his professional peers.
After ten successful years working in the hotel industry in sales, marketing, management and then property acquisitions, Ed became a licensed agent with Pinnacle Homes Real Estate in 1995. His first foray into project real estate sales was at Brook Hollow Village in the Pinebrook neighborhood of Park City.

In 1999, Ed oversaw project real estate sales at Deer Mountain, the first neighborhood developed in the Jordanelle Master Planned area. During his tenure at Deer Mountain, Ed served as Principal Broker for Pinnacle Homes Real Estate and later as an Associate Broker with Prudential Utah Real Estate.
In 2003, Ed joined the sales team that launched Talisker Mountain, Inc’s early stage developments at Tuhaye and Empire Pass. In 2007, Ed became the Principal Broker for Talisker Mountain Realty and managed the developer’s in-house sales team dedicated to the sale of properties offered in Talisker’s family of communities. In this leadership position, Ed’s role was to interface with the local real estate brokerage community and strategic partner vertical developers who offered condominiums, town homes and single-family homes for sale within those two master-planned communities.
In early 2009, Ed resigned his position with Talisker and soon put his experience to work for John & Karen Huntsman & their son David, as a real estate / club consultant at their exclusive residential / golf club community of Huntsman Springs, in Driggs, ID. After a rewarding few months working with the Huntsman family, Ed accepted the position of Director of Sales for Montage Residences Deer Valley (MRDV) while the hotel was still under construction. He recruited & managed the sales team, executed the project launch, and ultimately closed over $52M in pre-construction condominium residence sales in spite of significant global economic headwinds.
In 2011, Ed became the Principal Broker for DV Luxury Resort Realty, a newly created real estate brokerage with an exclusive focus on the marketing of Montage Residences Deer Valley. In his capacity as Broker and Director of Sales for MRDV, Ed managed all aspects of the sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities also included interfacing with capital partners, construction & development teams, and senior hotel management to assure continuity between hotel operations and residential sales efforts.

In 2013, Ed decided to leave Montage Residences Deer Valley in favor of getting back into general market real estate sales as an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Park City and a team mate with his old friends and colleagues, Erik Asarian and Greg Harrigan with Park City Real Estate Guide and Deer Valley Real Estate Guide.

Ed and wife Caroline have called Park City home since 1992 and have enjoyed everything the mountain lifestyle of Park City has to offer ever since!
